Job Summary Lead innovative mold manufacturing to exceed customer requirements. Provide technical instruction to enhance mold technology system efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and establish technical standards for mold manufacturing. - Oversee mold design, process development, and improvement to shorten development periods. - Implement new mold design technologies to meet project targets. - Support fixture development and improvement. - Analyze, develop, and improve clamping fixtures for the Auto Measuring System. - Enhance mold quality through system development and monitoring. - Support mold automation development and improvement. - Monitor manufacturing system progress and training results. - Ensure the soundness of mold manufacturing system operation manuals. - Plan and implement new mold design systems, utilizing external resources and establishing guidelines. - Support mold project progress and deployment to overseas sites. - Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge Requirements: - Min. Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineeting diploma or related). - Min. 2 years of relevant related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in mold manufacturing processes. - Ability to read mold mechanical drawings. - Proficiency in mold fixture design. - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
